Welcome to the Zuora Platform: Workflow course. This course will introduce you to Zuora’s Workflow application. During this course, you’ll review the challenges of a subscription-based business that necessitates workflow automation, as well as some of its basic features and functionalities.
By the end of this course, you'll be able to:
- List the benefits of using Zuora Workflow
- Identify the basic features and functions of Zuora Workflow
- Explain how to run and troubleshoot a workflow
- Describe how to configure the commonly used tasks in Zuora Workflow
- Explain how to customize preinstalled workflow templates
