Who’s a good candidate for implementer training?

This training content is suitable for anyone who will play a key role in implementing Zuora products. Some Zuora employees and Zuora consultants who work for partner companies are required to achieve certification through this program. This requirement offers Zuora customers the assurance that their professional implementation team is fully trained to Zuora’s standards.

Students of this program aren’t just personnel from partner companies — our subscribers also include independent consultants and customers. If you’re leading a Zuora implementation, completing implementation tasks as part of a phased rollout, or integrating Zuora into a complex technical infrastructure, you’ll need advanced knowledge — and that makes you a great fit for our advanced training content!

If you are well-versed in Zuora basics, have earned other Zuora certifications, and would like to continue learning, this Learning Path is the logical next step. With such a strong foundation of knowledge in place, you’re likely ready to move forward with advanced coursework and deepen your skill set.

What does this training entail?

This training covers complex topics that dive deeper than any other Zuora University coursework. Our students seek expertise, and are excited to pursue a higher standard of knowledge (as well as certifications to prove their skills).

In addition to a prescribed track of self-paced courses, students in this program will utilize a training sandbox to complete practice exercises, attend live virtual classes, and take certification exams.

Why is implementer training important?

When you’re implementing a new business system, making the right choices upfront will affect how you use that system down the road. It’s critical that you have a complete understanding of the product you’re implementing so that you can configure it to meet your unique business needs and reduce the likelihood that you’ll need to make changes later.
