Welcome to the Holds and Approvals course. This course will describe how to apply holds to revenue contracts, POBs, and transaction lines, as well as how to set up the approvals that trigger revenue to be released for recognition. It will also provide an overview of the manual journal entries that require approval.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • Set up holds on revenue contracts, POBs, or line items
  • List the different type and levels of holds in Zuora Revenue
  • Set up approval rules to define the approval procedure for revenue contracts (RCs) and Manual Journal Entries (MJEs)
