Basics of Customer Accounts*
Self-Paced: for customer representatives or anyone responsible for creating a company’s customer accounts.
*Note that this course has been updated to reflect Zuora's latest product release that includes the new Orders and Invoice Settlement features.
This course is designed for customer representatives or anyone responsible for creating a company’s customer accounts.
More often than not, customer accounts are created in a CRM (like Salesforce) and synced with Zuora, or through an API. This means that you may never need to create a customer account manually in Zuora. However, by taking this course, you’ll better understand the information contained within customer accounts.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
• Explain the purpose of various Customer Accounts fields in Zuora
• Identify the process of creating a customer account
• Create a customer account
Prerequisites:
• Introduction to Zuora
Note that your company's configuration of Zuora may be different from the one you'll see in this course. As a result, some fields and options displayed in this course will be different from those displayed in your Zuora tenant.
