Office hours with a Zuora Billing Product Trainer allow you to ask questions to build your knowledge of and skills with Zuora product features and capabilities and to clarify areas of misunderstanding. We recommend that you submit your questions to certifications@zuora.com with the heading "Questions for Training Office Courses" before the class start date.

Please note that complex, business-specific use cases that extend beyond Zuora's out-of-the box functionality may require follow up (so answers will be provided after the class ends). In such cases, the class instructor may also put you in touch with your Zuora Customer Success Manager for further assistance.
